HERE ARE SOME “HEALTHY GYM RELATIONSHIP” TIPS:
A. Define your expectations. What do you want form your fitness training and what are you willing to do to get it/
B. Schedule your workouts. Schedule the gym into your daily routine and you will make it here/there.
C. Seek Change. Be open to new workouts to help avoid plateaus.
D. Stay Focused. Build a mind-muscle connection and you’ll feel great about your efforts
E. Find the good. Results don’t happen over night. Take pride knowing you’re here for a lifetime of wellness!
